“Great motivation”, “New experience”…Samsung Life’s Dreams Come True camp full of satisfaction

Full of satisfaction. The Dreams Come True Camp hosted by Samsung Life Sciences was held.

On the 8th, Samsung Training Center (STC) hosted the ‘2024 Dreams Come True Camp’ hosted by Samsung Life Insurance in Yongin.

The event, which was first held in 2017 and is now in its fifth year, is a program where Samsung Life athletes and elite high school athletes train together and experience mentoring. It will be held for three days until the 10th of this month. This year, 27 players from Bundang Business High School, Sookmyung Women’s High School, 카지노 커뮤니티 and Chuncheon Women’s High School will participate.

On the morning of the first day, the program consisted of stretching with team trainers and lunch at STC. The high school girls were awkward at the training center with professional players for the first time, but they had a chance to get to know each other over a delicious lunch.

In the afternoon, the main event was a joint drill, followed by mini-games in four groups. From head coach Ha Sang-yoon to head coach Lee Im-sun, everyone was on hand. The high school girls sweated it out on the court with the Samsung Life Insurance players. It was a meaningful time for them to grow through a rare experience.

“I participated last year and I’m participating this year,” said Lee Min-ji, a junior at Sookmyung Girls’ High School. I worked out with my professional sisters, and they are really good at everything they do. We also played a match together. I think it will be a great motivation.”

Jae Eun Lee, a junior at Bundang Business School, said, “Everyone was so kind and nice to me. There were so many things to learn. It was great to see how everyone was full of fighting spirit even off the court.”

Kim Ga-hee, a sophomore at Chuncheon Girls’ High School, said, “I was very nervous, but I was also very excited. It was my first time training with professional sisters from another school. It was a new experience, and I had a lot of fun,” she reflected.

Day 1 of the 2024 Dreams Come True Camp ended with dinner outside, followed by a mentor-mentee meeting at a cafe. On the 9th, the camp will conclude with skills training and a tour of Everland with trainer Ok Bum-joon, and on the 10th, injury prevention training.
